Insured Patients
Please forward all your invoices to your insurer as you recieve them.
You should be aware that, although the fees are usually covered in full by insurers, there are times when the insurance policy will not cover the full cost. You are liable for any shortfall.

Self Funding Patients
Payment by cheque or cash to the address at the top of your invoice will be acknowledged by receipt.
The fee for hospital facilities and the aneasthetist is seperate to this. Any queries about this cost should be addressed to the relevant hospital, or, failing that, to my secretary
